Orchard Toys sent us a Crazy Chefs game for me and the kids to review. This educational game is for 2 -5 players aged 3- 7 years.

The object of the game
To be the first to collect all the ingredients and utensils on their, pick up a plate and ‘cook’ their dish.
Kieran(8)  is a bit old for this and Mouse(3 next month) a bit young but it didn’t stop them for having fun.
Each of us chose a board with a different meal on to make.
Placed in the middle of the table, face down are square ingredient and utensil cards.

Starting with Mouse we took it in turns to pick a card.If it didn’t go on the it had to be put back.So the kids had to remember where the previous player had placed their card if it was there’s to pick up.I ‘ forgot’ where my squares were on purpose to give the kids a chance and we all helped Mouse a little bit.

The spinner

You need to spin a plate then this can be set on your board. If you don’t spin a plate it’s the next person’s go.
Once you got your plate you need to spin the spinner and ‘cook’ the meal this means you need to land on a child eating their meal.

The winner
The winner is the first player to collect all the ingredients and utensils on their board, pick up a plate and ‘cook’ their meal.
Kipcame first, Mouse second, Cat third and me last.We all had fun playing the game, yes even me.I thought was a good way to test my children’s memories.
